Campbell & George Company was the first client to sign up for SimpleWeb. In fact they were the inspiration to create SimpleWeb in the first place.

I have been working as an IT consultant for Campbell & George since 2000 when they first installed Prophet 21®. In 2008 they decided to move from a standard website to a full eCommerce website and I was part the technical part of the team that implemented the eCommerce site on the best platform at the time. After the three year contact was up with the previous web host it was decided that Campbell & George was not going to continue using their services.

After looking at several different services up and running at the time, Campbell & George decided to sign up for SimpleWeb.

We had a graphic designer, who had helped us with the previous website, create the Joomla template for their SimpleWeb site and I was in charge of the data driven aspects of the site while I was writing SimpleWeb at teh same time. Luckily we were able to use the same data design considerations that we had already implemented on the previous eCommerce site.

Campbell & George launched their SimpleWeb site on October 28th, 2011 and within three weeks they started to break all previous traffic records from when they were using the previous web host and within five week they had increased traffic to 140% of the best previous levels.

Over the years Campbell & George has maintained very good data integrity, so converting from the previous web host to SimpleWeb required very little in teh way of data conversation.
